 2024 Summer Camp for Kids ages 5 to 11

July 2nd, 2024 - August 30th, 2024

 

The Caisse Community Centre Summer Camp for Kids ages 5 to 11 Program is a special type of setting where kids come together to have fun while learning.

Our Summer Camp Program offers a structured opportunity for children to grow. Summer Camp focuses on both mental stimulation and physical activity. Kids go from home to school to extracurriculars, with each environment contributing to their development. Summer Camp is another unique venue for growth, allowing kids to become independent and self-confident, while socializing and making new friends and even learning new skills.

Children with all different / unique types of personalities thrive in a camp setting. Camp staff are sensitive to each child's unique personality and will assist your child to transition into the Summer Camp environment for a positive experience.

2024 Summer Camp for Kids ages 5 to 11 will take place at the Caisse Community Centre for 9 weeks from July 2nd to August 30th.

  • Camp runs Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (excluding statutory holidays) for weeks 1 to 8.
  • Camp runs Monday to Friday from noon to 6:00 pm for week 9 only.
  • Before camp (7:00 am to 8:30 am) and after camp (4:30 pm to 6:00 pm) supervision is available for weeks 1 to 8 (automatically included in week 9 only).
  • Space is limited. Online pre-registration is required.
  • Kids bring their own lunches / snacks (nut-free).  Microwaves and fridges available.
Please note: Before camp (7:00 am to 8:30 am) and after camp (4:30 pm to 6:00 pm) supervision is available for 2024 Summer Camp for Kids ages 5 to 11 participants ONLY.

Online Registration:
 
We use an online system to manage the way we look after your bookings called aimyPLUS.

Here's what you need to do:
  1. Go to the following link address: https://caissecc.aimyplus.com
  2. Click the purple 'register now' button
  3. Follow the registration process and enroll your children
  4. After this has been done, click the dashboard in the Menu Bar at the top of the screen, now you can make a booking
  5. Click on the 'make a booking' button and complete the booking into the desired program (Holiday Program for Summer Camps)
  6. Once completed, a calendar will appear showing your booking(s) - at this point you can still go back to make changes, final chance for changes
  7. Finish booking and wait for confirmation email from us/aimyPLUS
  8. Go to parent portal, Finance tab, after confirmation email is received and pay invoice(s), your booking is now pending and will be confirmed within 24 hours.

Please note:
  • Payment is required to guarantee a spot. Booking alone does not hold a spot, payment must be received.  Registrations will NOT be confirmed until PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED.  Cancellation policy available (see below).
  • For Weeks 1 to 8: Weekly DISCOUNTED rates apply to weeks that are booked in full ONLY. This will be calculated automatically. Daily non-discounted rates are $35 per day (with the exception of Cooking Days and Sound Farm Field Trip Day which are $50 per day). Weekly discounted rates are $28 per day (with the exception of Cooking Days and Zoo Field Trip Day which are $38 per day).
  • For Week 9: Camp is available from noon to 6:00 pm ONLY.  Daily non-discounted rates are $25 per day.  Weekly discounted rate is $120.00 which will be calculated automatically if the full week is booked in FULL.
  • Before Camp supervision and After Camp supervision rates are $4 per camp for weeks 1 to 8 (automatically included in week 9 only) is available for 2024 Summer Camp for Kids ages 5 to 11 participants ONLY.

Summer Camp Cancellation Policy

Refunds will be issued to cancellations provided in writing within 14 days notice of your confirmed booking.  Written requests must be emailed to:  beforeandafter@caissecc.com  **No refunds will be issued AFTER 14 days. **

 

Zero-Tolerance / Behaviour Management Policy
The 2024 Summer Camp for Kids ages 5 to 11 program follows the rules and guidelines of the Before and After School program. If a child registered in the 2024 Summer Camp for Kids ages 5 to 11 Program is unable to follow the rules and guidelines, parent will be contacted and the child will be removed from the program as per page 5 of the Before and After School Program Policy.
