Before and After School Program
for Ages 5 to 12
(September to June)
The Caisse Community Centre Before and After School Program provides recreational activities to children between the ages of 5 to 12 before and after regular school days.  This is a fun-filled and active program.  Space is limited.  Pre-registration is required.
The Caisse Community Centre Before and After School Program follows the school calendar of the Seine River School Division. The program will be closed on school holidays and inclement weather days. 
  • Runs from 7:00 am to start of school and end of school until 6:00 pm 
  • Snacks are not provided (snacks brought from home must be nut-free)
  • Cost of the program:
    - $19.00 per day / per child for a MONTHLY Pass which is two spots per day
    - $9.50 per day / per child for a HALF Pass which is one spot per day

Online Registration:

We use an online system to manage the way we look after your bookings called aimyPLUS. This online software has many benefits including your very own Parent Portal where you can:

  • Register and Enroll your child/children
  • Book for full time, part time, or customized schedules, including in-service day camps
  • Make payments
  • Update your personal information
  • View your bookings
  • View your invoices

This process should only take you about 10 minutes and the good news is you will never have to fill our another registration form/paper schedule with us ever again!

Some tips to help you through the process:

  • When filling out the parent portal information for your child/children, please input your Manitoba Health Number including 6 digit and 9 digit numbers divided by a dash in the space marked
    ID Number.
  • When choosing a billing option, fortnightly means biweekly. You will now have the option to pay biweekly (fortnightly) or monthly. You can also send your schedule in biweekly but please remember this makes double the work for YOU to remember to pay twice as often and to send in your schedule twice as often!
  • Payments are required for the software to update our attendance lists. This means that invoices must be paid prior to the start of the next session (2 weeks or a month) in order for us to have your child's name on our pick up list at school. Invoices will be generated as soon as your booking is confirmed.  Invoices will be generated as soon as your booking is confirmed and sent to your aimyPLUS Parent Portal. 

Here's what you need to do:

  1. Go to the following link address:
  2. Click the purple 'register now' button.
  3. Follow the registration process and enroll your child/children.
  4. After this has been done, click the dashboard in the Menu Bar at the top of the screen, now you can make a booking.
  5. Click on the 'make a booking' button and complete the booking into the desired program.
  6. Once completed, your booking is now pending and will be confirmed within 24 hours.
  7. If a booking is made within 24 hours of required care, the booking will be approved, however, there will be a $5.00 short notice booking * fee.
* All short notice bookings MUST BE processed within 24 hours of required care to ensure adequate staffing for your child(ren) which includes both before school hours care AND after school hours care.  This means you must process your short notice bookings 24 hours in advance.  Short notice bookings less than 24 hours are NOT accepted.
REMINDER:  Invoices are generated to your aimyPLUS Parent Portal NOT your email address and must be paid on time to ensure your child/children are registered.  Late fees will apply.

Before and After School Program Cancellation Policy
Refunds will be issued to cancellations provided in writing within 7 days notice of your confirmed booking.  Written requests must be emailed to:   **No refunds will be issued AFTER 7 days.

Please note: No refunds will be issued for unscheduled school closures (which includes inclement weather days) or if your child is absent as per page 1 of the Before and After School Program Policy.

Zero-Tolerance / Behaviour Management Policy
If a child registered in the Before and After School Program is unable to follow the rules and guidelines of the Program, parent will be contacted and the child will be removed from the program as per page 5 of the Before and After School Program Policy.

We do not respond to texts, phone calls, emails or in person comments to our staff about schedule changes. We use a tablet (iPad) for all sign in/sign out, attendance lists and email correspondence. This means that when we are at school picking up the children, all information will be available to us to check as it will be stored on the tablet.
